The Annual Roundtable is specifically geared towards new nonprofit board chairs, providing them with the resources and tools to start their new position on the right track and ensure that your organization and Board are well prepared for the year to come.
Topics discussed can range from compliance and governance issues; board engagement and board performance; fiduciary responsibilities; committee responsibilities; and working effectively with staff. We especially focus on knowing and being deliberate about ‘crossing the line’ between board and staff leadership roles. To ensure that participants are getting the most out of the roundtable, they will be surveyed prior to the session for specific topics of interest.
